Since 1981, Metcast India is one of the leading manufacturer and exporter of different type of Non Ferrous Metal Products with Finish, Semi-Finish casting . The company is located at Kolkata which is the industrial hub of Eastern India.
The company has a Non Ferrous Metal Foundry with an installed capacity of 1.5 m/tons single peace. This foundry manufactures items according to various international specifications like IS, BS, ASTM, GOST, SAE etc. and also as per clients' requirement.
The products supplied by the company undergo various physical & chemical testing before being released for dispatch. The test starts from receipt of raw-materials and continue through the different stages of production and processing in our own testing laboratory. Our intention has always been Quality Products, Reasonable Price and Excellent Service.

The quality assurance of Metcast India is focused on preventive management philosophy with an approach of proactive cross functional team work. The quality control at Metcast India begins right from the raw materials stage, with required testing in the Quality control laboratory for the desired physical and chemical properties before charging into the production units.
Similarly proper checks with respect of the quality of the products are done before approving the products for dispatch to various customers. Every consignment is accompanied by test certificate so that relevant analysis is known to customer before use of the product. |
